SUN DOWN FEST is a festival celebrating the end of summer by loving the outdoors, being with friends and making a night ot remember. The aesthetic uses summer imagery, vivid colors and gradients to give a feeling of joy and nostalgia. The sun, hearts, stars and a variety of funky shapes were create with Adobe Illustrator. They can be found in printed materials, digital and environmental graphics. These elements overlap to create a playful mood that screams summer.
People Not Cars is a public awareness campaign dedicated to raising public skepticism towards car dependence through an AR poster and social media deck. The PAC works by visually representing road infrastructure and its impact on daily life through a macroscopic, isometric lense using Illustrator’s powerful 3D tools. Cars are reduced to colorful dots, and roads become thick asphaltgray lines that wrap around skylines and housing. The transition of the animation contrasts gray and colorful, barren and lush to emphasize the great positive impact of reducing car use.
