A Calendar of Sonnets captures twelve months and four seasons through a modernized Art Nouveau aesthetic created with Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint. Based on Helen Hunt Jackson’s A Calendar of Sonnets, each month contains one of her poems and a quote from famous transcendentalists. The colors, imagery, and ornamentation work to embrace a romantic attitude towards nature that was well and alive during Jackson’s time.








A Japanese Print Book “Purin’to & Dezain!” is a book on the print production process inspired by japanese stationary. The ink cartridge elephants have faces derived from Japanese characters respective of their color. Through colorful and sketchy illustrations, the product is playful, clean and cute.








Field Guide: Eggs is a series of folios about the cultural significance of eggs in Asia. The goal is to explore modular, columnar and mixed grid systems along with typography and illustration. The illustrations range from stylized to heavily abstracted, with red yolks being a reoccurring theme. The color palette evokes the rich, warm colors popular around Asia.
