People Not Cars is a public awareness campaign dedicated to raising public skepticism towards car dependence through an AR poster and social media deck. The PAC works by visually representing road infrastructure and its impact on daily life through a macroscopic, isometric lense using Illustrator’s powerful 3D tools. Cars are reduced to colorful dots, and roads become thick asphaltgray lines that wrap around skylines and housing. The transition of the animation contrasts gray and colorful, barren and lush to emphasize the great positive impact of reducing car use.
Go³ (go-cubed) is a puzzle cube celebrating travel. Among the select destinations is Iceland. Explore Iceland via the fives senses while solving a 3D puzzle. The goal was to explore a culture through geometric and modular shapes. Each face has an illustration that shines on its own, yet are cohesive and distinct when scrambled with other tiles. Iceland is represented through it’s flag, unique letters, seafood, puffins, textiles and geysers. Five illustrations correspond with one of the five senses.
AIGA: Unidos Rebrand is an animated bumper advertisement created with Adobe After Effects. It visually promotes the organization’s mission of supporting latin designers. The diverse color palette and skintones show the diversity of the latin community and the hands that weave in and out of the animation show the air of collaboration and positivity.
